For files that are on your computer with sizes up to 25 mb, click on “LOAD FILE" to attach. It is possible to upload several files at the same time.
You can attach any type of archive, such as (txt, pdf, xls, docx, avi, mp4, mp3, ogg, HTML, xls) etc.
For online files, just copy and paste the file link in the field “URL".
We will receive your quotation request and we will answer your request as soon as possible by email. Quotations are free of costs.
Now just confirm the approval of the budget by answering to the following e-mail: tradumediainternational@tradumediainternational.com. This is the email by which your budget will be sent to you. You may add any additional information to help us out with your demand.
After that, we will send you a service agreement in digital format that will have to be signed by the client and returned to us digitalized.
After we receive the digitalized service agreement, we will then start translating the file. When the translation is finished, we will send it back to the client by email or by any other means of communication chosen by the client.
After the client has received and approved the translation, he/she will then need to inform Tradumedia International so that we can issue an Electronic Tax Invoice (NF-e) so the client can pay for the job.
